Authenticity of reviews

In our online shop, we use functions and content provided by the service Reviews.io, particularly for collecting and displaying product reviews. If you place an order with us, you will receive an email after your goods have been delivered, inviting you to review the products you received.

Notice on the authenticity of reviews

Our review function is publicly accessible in the online shop. Reviews of our products are individually checked before publication to ensure that they were submitted by a consumer who actually purchased the goods from us. Publication takes place only after 24 hours. Customers write their comments in their own words.

Reviews with the note “Verified”

Reviews.io sends review invitations via email after a set period following the shipment of an order. When Reviews.io can automatically link a review to an order in our Shopify system, the platform displays the note “Verified.” We have no way of assigning the “Verified” label manually.

Reviews without the “Verified” label usually come from customers who ordered through our external crowdfunding campaigns and cannot be automatically matched by Reviews.io. The authenticity of these reviews is manually verified by comparing the email addresses used for the order and the review.

Rating calculation

The rating scale is based on 5 stars (very good), 4 stars (good), 3 stars (satisfactory), 2 stars (fair), and 1 star (poor). The average rating is calculated from the total number of all submitted reviews.
